If you are Southbound on Hwy 101: Take the last exit in Arroyo Grande, Fair Oaks Ave. Turn right onto Fair Oaks, then left at Valley Rd. Turn left at Los Berros Rd and travel about 1 mile and turn right on El Campo Rd., then turn right on Sevada Lane. Straight on Sevada Lane as it turns into Indian Hills Lane and then an immediate left onto Peaceful Point Lane. The house is on the right at the end of Peaceful Point Lane.
