Big news! We have instituted a Nurture Your Soul Day, the third Saturday of each month. The inspiration came through Ginny at one of our meditation groups and the idea has taken shape! We’ll meet at Camp French at Lopez Lake to meditate, hike, learn about the flora and fauna of the area, talk, laugh, write, meet new friends, and celebrate.
